"The Rifleman"

Chuck Connors Person aka “The Rifleman” was a prominent role player in the NBA in the late 80’s and early 90’s. Before there was Anthony Mason Ron Artest and players of that cloth there was Chuck Person (big brother of Wesley Person). Chuck averaged about 15 pts and 5 rebs for his career and in his best season with he averaged 22 pts and 6 rebs with the Pacers. He played for 6 NBA teams throughout his career but is best known for his stint for with the Pacers and the 1991 playoff series against Bird and the Celtics where averaged 26 pts 5 rebs shot 53% from the field 54% from 3pt and 6 You can’t guard me Larry’s per game. Chuck came in the league talking trash getting buckets and knocking down 3 pointers. These are the players I live for.
